Refund policy
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase (a receipt or order confirmation number is sufficient).

If your return is approved, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Items must be returned within 14 days of the approved return request. Returns sent without prior authorization or outside of this 14-day window will not be accepted.
Returns requested 15–30 days after delivery may be eligible for store credit only, provided they meet our return requirements.
Items purchased on sale (30% off or more) are eligible for store credit only. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Swimwear
Swimwear items must be returned unworn, with tags attached, in their original packaging, and with the hygienic liner intact and unused. We kindly ask that swimwear be tried on over underwear.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Retail Purchases
Items purchased from one of our retail partners must be returned directly to the original retailer.
Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange for the same style, subject to availability. Please contact sales@mollybracken.com for instructions.
At this time, exchanges are not available for international orders.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. PayPal refunds may require additional processing time.
If a return is not approved, the item will be sent back to you.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages once a tracking number confirms delivery.
